Job Responsibilities
- Assist in job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to streamline the recruitment process.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including document verification and orientation coordination.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.
- Assist in drafting HR policies and ensuring compliance with company standards.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HR software (e.g., HRIS systems) is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proactive and eager to learn.
