Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to streamline the recruitment process.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including document verification and orientation coordination.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.
  • Assist in drafting HR policies and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with HR software (e.g., HRIS systems) is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proactive and eager to learn.
